John Sullivan, trong top 4 c\u00f4ng ty h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi v\u1ec1 k\u1ebf to\u00e1n &#8211; ki\u1ec3m to\u00e1n g\u1ed3m Ernst &#038; Young, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, doanh nghi\u1ec7p n\u00e0o c\u00f3 qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb t\u00e0i n\u0103ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 h\u01a1n\u00a0th\u00ec doanh thu cao h\u01a1n doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f2n l\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ebfn 18%. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d4ng c\u0169ng th\u1ea5y r\u1eb1ng, c\u00e1c nh\u00e2n s\u1ef1 c\u1ea5p cao c\u00f2n \u0111em l\u1ea1i gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng cho doanh nghi\u1ec7p. C\u1ee9 1% lao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u00e0i n\u0103ng mang l\u1ea1i 10% t\u1ed5ng doanh thu cho doanh nghi\u1ec7p, t\u1ee9c g\u1ea5p 10 l\u1ea7n nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean trung b\u00ecnh. V\u00e0, c\u1ee9 5% lao \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u mang l\u1ea1i 26% t\u1ed5ng doanh thu, t\u1ee9c g\u1ea7n 5 l\u1ea7n nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean trung b\u00ecnh.<\/p>\n<p>T\u1ea1i sao khi doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb t\u00e0i n\u0103ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 th\u00ec doanh thu l\u1ea1i cao h\u01a1n c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f2n l\u1ea1i?
