H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng nh\u1eadn d\u1ea1ng t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed9ng (AIS)<\/i> l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng theo d\u00f5i t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng b\u1ed9 ti\u1ebfp s\u00f3ng tr\u00ean t\u00e0u v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng b\u1edfi c\u00e1c d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 giao th\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ee7y. b) Tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS <\/i>l\u00e0 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n<\/span> k\u0129<\/span> thu\u1eadt \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t tr\u00ean b\u1edd, c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng thu nh\u1eadn b\u1ea3n tin AIS<\/i> \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t ra t\u1eeb c\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb AIS; x\u1eed l\u00ed<\/span>, l\u01b0u tr\u1eef t\u1ea1m th\u1eddi v\u00e0 truy\u1ec1n v\u1ec1 trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS<\/i>; ph\u00e1t th\u00f4ng tin t\u1edbi c\u00e1c thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb AIS<\/i> (n\u1ebfu c\u00f3);<\/p>\n

c) Trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS<\/i> l\u00e0 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n<\/span> k\u0129<\/span> thu\u1eadt tr\u00ean b\u1edd, c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng thu nh\u1eadn b\u1ea3n tin AIS<\/i> t\u1eeb tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/i>; l\u01b0u tr\u1eef, x\u1eed l\u00ed<\/span> v\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p th\u00f4ng tin AIS<\/i> cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng th\u00f4ng qua m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1ea1ng Internet.<\/p>\n

Qu\u1ea3n l\u00ed v\u00e0 khai th\u00e1c th\u00f4ng tin AIS<\/font><\/h3>\n

Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS v\u00e0 tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS<\/i>:<\/p>\n

a) Trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng t\u00edch h\u1ee3p b\u1ea3n tin AIS g\u1eedi v\u1ec1 t\u1eeb c\u00e1c tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS \u0111\u1ec3\u00a0x\u1eed l\u00ed<\/span> v\u00e0 l\u01b0u tr\u1eef; c\u00f3 giao di\u1ec7n truy c\u1eadp ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ec3\u00a0khai th\u00e1c th\u00f4ng tin AIS qua m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1ea1ng internet; c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng k\u1ebft xu\u1ea5t d\u1eef li\u1ec7u;<\/p>\n

b) Trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS<\/i> ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u01b0u tr\u1eef d\u1eef li\u1ec7u trong th\u1eddi gian t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 03 n\u0103m;<\/p>\n

c) Trung t\u00e2m d\u1eef li\u1ec7u AIS <\/i>ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m an to\u00e0n, an ninh d\u1eef li\u1ec7u.<\/p>\n

2. Tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/i>:<\/p>\n

a) Tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/i> ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng thu nh\u1eadn tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp b\u1ea3n tin AIS <\/i>ph\u00e1t \u0111i t\u1eeb thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb AIS <\/i>\u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t tr\u00ean t\u00e0u thuy\u1ec1n ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng trong v\u00f9ng thu nh\u1eadn b\u1ea3n tin AIS<\/i> c\u1ee7a tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/i>. Tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/i> c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 th\u00eam ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng ph\u00e1t th\u00f4ng tin t\u1edbi thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb AIS <\/i>theo y\u00eau c\u1ea7u;<\/p>\n

b) C\u00e1c\u00a0tr\u1ea1m b\u1edd AIS<\/i> ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thi\u1ebft l\u1eadp th\u00e0nh h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng theo h\u01b0\u1edbng b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m ph\u1ee7 s\u00f3ng to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 v\u00f9ng n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u1ea3ng bi\u1ec3n, tuy\u1ebfn v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i ven bi\u1ec3n, tuy\u1ebfn v\u1eadn t\u1ea3i th\u1ee7y t\u1eeb b\u1edd ra \u0111\u1ea3o v\u00e0 v\u00f9ng n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u1ea3ng, b\u1ebfn th\u1ee7y n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba, \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ee7y n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba;<\/p>\n
