In many business situations, a good idea creates value only when it is communicated clearly, structured logically and supported by the audience.

The course connects three capabilities often used together: two-way communication, presentation to groups and evidence-based persuasion.

Participants practice defining objectives, analyzing audiences, developing content, using evidence, handling questions and presenting ideas with confidence.

  • Use empathetic and focused responses.
PART 03 Developing Presentation Content

5. Training Methodology

Classes are conducted in small groups with a learner-centered approach. The facilitator provides concise input, then guides discussion, scenario practice, feedback and debriefing so participants can convert knowledge into applicable workplace behavior.
