Employee coaching is a managerial responsibility that helps each team member understand goals, identify capability gaps and proactively find solutions to improve performance.

The course “Employee Coaching Skills” provides a process from identifying needs and setting development goals to asking questions, giving feedback, mentoring and following up on execution.

The program emphasizes coaching conversation practice in management situations, helping learners distinguish coaching from instructing, evaluating or solving problems on behalf of employees.
