1. The Introduction
Differences in expression, time orientation, power distance, feedback style or decision-making can create misunderstandings even when all parties have good intentions. In a multicultural environment, applying one culture’s communication habits to every audience is rarely effective.
The course helps learners identify cultural factors that affect communication, observe verbal and non-verbal signals, and adjust working styles according to context. Practice scenarios focus on teamwork, meetings, feedback, misunderstanding resolution and relationship building.

The class is organized in small groups with a learner-centered approach. The facilitator delivers concise inputs, then leads discussion, scenario practice, feedback and debriefing so learners can convert knowledge into applicable workplace behaviors.
