Communication and interpersonal conduct are reflected in how a person shares information, gives feedback, controls emotions and maintains relationships with people around them.
The course focuses on common workplace situations such as communicating with superiors, coordinating with colleagues, giving feedback, receiving feedback, communicating with customers and handling disagreement.
Participants learn to adjust language, tone and behavior to build a courteous, clear and professional communication style.

PART 02 Listening, Understanding and Feedback
- Listen actively to understand the message.
- Observe emotions and non-verbal signals.
- Ask clarifying questions when information is insufficient.
- Summarize to confirm understanding.
- Give concise, positive and focused feedback.
- Practice active-listening conversations.
PART 03 Working with Superiors, Colleagues and Subordinates
- Report to superiors clearly and to the point.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a cooperative spirit.
- Delegate to subordinates specifically and respectfully.

5. Training Methodology
Classes are conducted in small groups with a learner-centered approach. The facilitator provides concise input, then guides discussion, scenario practice, feedback and debriefing so participants can convert knowledge into applicable workplace behavior.
