Table of Contents
1. Course Overview
OKRs can easily become a task list or another target system when Objectives lack direction, Key Results are not measurable, and goals are not aligned across levels. Implementation also loses momentum when organizations review only at the end of the cycle instead of maintaining regular check-ins and dialogue.
The course “Building Effective OKRs” guides participants in defining clear Objectives, designing outcome-based Key Results, aligning OKRs across the organization, teams, and individuals, and conducting check-ins and progress updates throughout the cycle.
Through exercises in developing and reviewing OKRs, participants learn to identify unclear objectives and unsuitable metrics and establish mechanisms for evaluation, learning, and improvement in the next cycle.
