The course “Job Description Development Skills” guides participants in gathering information, analyzing role purpose, defining key duties and responsibilities, setting competency requirements and authority, and clarifying reporting and coordination relationships.

Participants practice editing a job description and checking its alignment with the organizational structure, KPIs, and HR processes. The result is a practical job-description template that can be used and updated in the workplace.
