02 Our Journey Since 2009
Masterskills was founded in 2009 to develop management and leadership training programs grounded in real business needs. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio, built a broader network of experts and refined our delivery methods to make learning increasingly relevant to participants' day-to-day work.
Our progress is reflected not only in the number of programs, client organizations and participants we have served, but also in our efforts to deliver a consistent learning experience, strengthen practical exercises, support on-the-job application and build lasting client relationships.

Masterskills was established with a focus on practical management and leadership training.
