In the workplace, having a lot of information does not necessarily mean understanding the problem correctly. Analysts need to identify the core question, verify data, find causal relationships and evaluate options before reaching conclusions.
The course “Analytical Thinking Skills” provides a process from defining analysis objectives, collecting and organizing data to identifying patterns, evaluating options and presenting conclusions.
Learners practice with workplace scenarios to build structured thinking, reduce emotion-based conclusions and use relevant information for problem solving and decision making.

5. Training Methodology
The class is organized in small groups with a learner-centered approach. The facilitator provides concise input, then leads discussion, case practice, feedback and debriefing so learners need to convert knowledge into applicable workplace behaviors.

- In-house corporate training: Delivered at the client’s office or factory; quotation depends on design scope, location and class size.
