Strategic management requires leaders to see the relationships among the business environment, internal capabilities, competitive choices and the organization’s execution capacity.

The course “Advanced Strategic Management Capability” guides learners to analyze context, evaluate competitive capabilities, build strategic options and translate strategic choices into execution plans.

The program emphasizes leadership, change management and measurement so that strategy does not stop at direction but is implemented and adjusted based on practical results.
