Trust in an organization is formed through consistency between words, actions, actual capability and behavior with stakeholders. When trust declines, collaboration slows, information is withheld and conflict is more likely to arise.

The course “Building Trust Skills” focuses on the elements that create trust, transparent communication, betweening commitments, handling sensitive situations and restoring relationships when trust is affected.

Learners analyze management and team collaboration cases to identify behaviors that need to change, then build more reliable and accountable ways of working.
