PART 02 Clear and Persuasive Messages
- Define the objective before communicating.
- Select the key message to communicate.
- Organize ideas in a logical sequence.
- Use simple and easy-to-understand language.
- Adjust style for each audience.
- Check the listener’s understanding.
PART 03 Active Listening and Questioning
- Listen to understand rather than react.
- Observe emotions and non-verbal signals.
- Ask open questions to gather information.
- Ask closed questions to confirm content.
- Summarize to prevent misunderstanding.
- Practice active-listening conversations.
PART 04 Non-Verbal Communication and Emotion Management
- Adjust facial expressions, posture and distance.

5. Training Methodology
Classes are conducted in small groups with a learner-centered approach. The facilitator provides concise input, then guides discussion, scenario practice, feedback and debriefing so participants can convert knowledge into applicable workplace behavior.
