1. Course Overview

6S extends the foundation of 5S by integrating safety as a continuous requirement in layout, operations, cleaning, and workplace control. If organizations focus only on appearance, they will struggle to sustain results and reduce workplace hazards.

The course “6S Implementation Skills” guides participants in sorting, arranging, cleaning, identifying hazards, standardizing, and sustaining habits. The content is linked to visual management, checklists, evaluation criteria, and improvement ideas.

Through practice in a model area, participants can build suitable 6S standards, assign responsibilities, and develop sustainment plans based on the organization’s actual conditions.
