1. Course Overview

A change initiative may be technically sound yet still fail if those responsible for implementation do not understand the rationale, are not ready or are not supported throughout the transition.

The course “Change Management Skills” focuses on impact analysis, change planning, communication, resistance management, implementation follow-up and sustaining new behaviors.

Participants work with real change scenarios to identify affected groups, select suitable support measures and build plans that help change gain acceptance and remain sustainable.
